The rents quoted are always fully inclusive; that is they include all the utility bills (gas, electricity and water) and council tax. Wi-fi broadband is provided and there is a weekly cleaner included in the rent
Even garden maintenance and external window cleaning is paid for. You have no extra bills to pay, so you know exactly what your outgoings are every month, making it easier to balance your budget
Each room is let on an individual tenancy basis, and are normally let on a minimum of a six month tenancy (in certain circumstances we may accept a three month tenancy)
